first real project i’ve taken on—mostly material, color, and furniture selection. there’s still a lot to refine and explore but i’m very excited with how it’s going, and to keep building on this laguna niguel home. more

april—everything feels like it’s starting to come to fruition, but not all at once.
the days are warmer, the sun is stronger, and there’s a quiet, subtle transition where everything seems easier.

March feels like a transition. It’s the start of spring and Nowruz (Persian New Year) marks the beginning of a new year, something that has symbolized renewal, growth, and a fresh start in Iran for thousands of years.
